Pricing depends on several factors including event type, guest count, venue size, decoration complexity, services required (catering, photography, entertainment), and event duration. We provide a transparent, itemized quote after your initial consultation — no hidden charges.

Yes. A booking advance is required to confirm your date and begin planning. The advance amount varies based on the total contract value. The remaining balance is due as per the payment schedule mentioned in your contract. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and cash.

We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and referral benefits. Repeat clients and bulk bookings (multiple events from the same family) may also receive preferential pricing. Reach out to us directly to inquire about current offers.

We allow cancellation at any time. Refund amounts depend on when you cancel:

• 5+ days before event: 75% refund of subtotal (25% deducted)
• 2 days before event: 50% refund of subtotal
• Within 60 hours of event: No refund

In the rare event that we need to cancel due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We will also make every effort to recommend an alternative solution or reschedule at a mutually convenient date.
